Could there be an exception where the ‘size-shape’ adj preceeds the ‘opinion adj?? ex: My LARGE wonderful black Labrador.

The order of adjectives in English is not random so I wouldn’t risk it. It is true that sometimes you can reverse the order of some size, shape adjectives if you want to emphasize one of them.
